  • How do I send resource materials to my writer?
    While placing an order you will need to enter your email and password that will give you access to your personal account on our website. You can use a special tab for uploading any additional materials that are required for completing your order. Please note that you are able to upload files while placing an order using a special field in the order form. We urge you to do this immediately, even before your writer is allocated, because you definitely want us to begin working on your order quickly! If you have problems with the upload, message our customer service department immediately, and you will be assisted.
  • What is my Personal Order Page? How does it work?
    This is a password-protected page set up especially for you. You can use it for many things, and the tabs and links are easy to use. You can send messages to your writer, contact customer service, track the progress of your order completion. Of course, by this mean you will receive your MS Word document for download. The tabs are self-explanatory, but if you have any difficulty, contact a customer service representative and s/he will “walk you through” everything.
  • What if I forget password to my page?
    When you place an order for the first time, you will be asked to create a password for your account. That account is yours for all repeat orders as well. If you have forgotten your password, please use a password reminder in the Login area.
  • How do I get my paper?
    When your order is completed, the paper will be uploaded to your personal account. Another copy will be sent to your email. You can choose any of these ways to get your paper. Please make sure that you’ve entered valid email to get notifications and your paper when it’s done.
  • If I haven’t received my order by the deadline, what should I do?
    Get in touch with us immediately! Call us, contact us by live chat on our site, or call us by phone. You will be helped rapidly. There may be several reasons for this: your notification email could have gone into your SPAM folder; it may be in the final stages of our plagiarism check; or your writer may have messaged you and received no response and cannot finish up until you give that response. If your revision request constitutes a change of original order specifications, you will have to place an additional order to compensate writer’s work.
